Research Interests

My primary focus is to develop generally capable automatic segmentation models for pancreas and pancreatic cancer. To tackle this grand challenge, my research efforts span multimodal learning, small-data-based learning and generalization learning.

Brief Biography

Ph.D. student, 2018-2023, School of Biomedical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.

B.S., 2014-2018, School of Life Science and Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China.

Current Research Topics

Pancreatic Cancer Segmentation
This project consists of two main tasks: pancreas segmentation and tumor segmentation. We expect to implement a tool that can perform automatic segmentation of pancreatic imaging from different modalities (CT & MRI), different phases (VP & Non-contrast) and different sources (multi-center).
